We are happy to welcome Elijah Monroe Truett to our group of friends. He was born just after 3:00 p.m. weighing 6lbs. and 6 ounces and measuring up at 19 and 1/2 inches. He is so handsome. Mom and Dad are doing fine and looking forward to a night of sleep before the trip home.(Where we all know that the sleep times are few and far between.)
On a odd side note, Luke and Eli had a nap together, cried together and had a drink together.( Not from the same person sickos, just in the same room) That's what friends are for!

Okay, I'm running behind on this!
Congratulations on Elijah's arrival. Another cute baby!!! And, of course, I speak from experience when I say that it's so much fun to have babies right near the same age as eachother. When my six-year-old was born, he was the fourth baby born in our family within six months. Now, all of them are peas in a pod. My son born last March preceeded one cousin by six weeks, and a third cousin by about eight weeks. The cousins all adore eachother, grinning and drooling every time they see eachother.
Anyway, congratulations. The kids will have fun, even if you won't when they get to be, oh, five or so. =)
